There are NO "50 minute" hours here! Your hour massage is hands-on for 1 hour (as long as you arrive on time).

Add Hot Stones $25 Allow the warmth of the hot stones to enhance your massage (advanced notice needed for set up)

Add Paraffin $30 Hands OR Feet  \ $50 for Both

Add Stretching $25 / $45 targeted stretches for individually needs prior to your massage

Add Aromatherapy $10 (choose- relaxation, invigorating, or healing essential oil blend)

Add Breath n Bliss $30 / $50 - 3 Layered Essential oil blends and sound bath to soothe the soul

Add Cupping    $10   Increase circulation and experience a myofascial benefit from an ancient art

Pranic Healing session   $40 (30 min)  Clear negativity and enhance healing energy flow with this modality

Breath n Bliss $50 30 minutes of ancient healing Tibetan bowls; layered aromatherapy with 3 essential oils blends; and Massage of your head, neck and feet.
Stretching       $45  30 minutes - Open your joints and elongate your muscles with this clothed full body stretch
(stretch only: $50 1/2 hour or $90 1 hour)

Private Yoga Class $100 Hour / Semi-private $50 each
- this gentle, flow class is customized to support your individual needs, whether you are looking for deep relaxation stress reduction, enhanced movement, or increased flexibility. With training in Hatha and Kundalini yoga, I blend mindful sequencing with therapeutic stretching techniques and aromatherapy to create a soothing, restorative atmosphere.
